About the Job
Role | Education Coordinator Areas | Programme Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, Event Support Based | City of London Remote | Hybrid Offer | £32,000 pro rata | Temporary Contract ( 3 months)
Our client, a respected membership organisation, is seeking a proactive Education Coordinator to support the delivery of their learning and training programmes on a temporary basis. This is a key role ensuring smooth operation and effective communication across teams and stakeholders during a busy delivery period.
As an Education Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate the planning and delivery of education and training programmes, workshops, and events

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including speakers, trainers, and participants

Manage delegate bookings, event logistics, and learning materials
-
Support the collection and evaluation of feedback to improve future delivery

Maintain accurate records on CRM and learning management systems
-
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the education team
What we’re looking for:

Experience coordinating educational events, programmes, or training activities
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM or learning management systems
-
A flexible, detail-oriented approach and ability to work to tight deadlines
-
A team player, able to work independently and use initiative
-
Immediate availability preferred
