Normative is now looking for a Sales Development Representative for our team in London
Our Sales team is growing and we’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for sales and making an impact to join our team. You’ll join a growing SDR team with colleagues in both Stockholm and London.
We want to invest in skilled & driven people and we see the SDR position as a crucial step to growing into an Account Executive role within Normative.Normative helps companies to understand and reduce their carbon footprints towards their journey to Net Zero. We do this through science-based carbon accounting products and tailored advice from net zero experts. What we do has a real positive impact on the climate - you can too!
What you will do:
Qualify leads and move them through the company sales pipeline
Become an expert at using lead generation tools to map lists of target accounts
Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate solutions through the use of PACTT qualification.
Collaborate with our account executive team to create and develop high-quality sales pipeline for the company. This can include account stakeholder mapping, introductory calls, product demos and more.
Utilise our sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, Cognism, Sales Nav and Seismic to help you generate interest with prospects.
Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota.
Experience we’re seeking:
An ambitious and driven mindset. You enjoy the core of sales and the goal to help the world reach net-zero emissions!
Some work experience, whether full-time, part-time, or summer jobs ideally within B2B Sales in SaaS or similar context.
Great communication skills in English a must, other languages is a plus!
A passion and interest in sustainability - we will train you with all you need to know as long as the interest is there.
A dynamic and engaging conversationalist
(nice to have) speaks an additional European language

Location
Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. For this role you can be located in our beautiful Southwark office near London Bridge (Metal Box Factory Workspace).
The Sales team works from the office 4+ days a week as we believe in providing you with the best support and opportunity to collaborate by working from our office with your peers.
At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
