Job Title: Centre Support Advisor
Location: Havering across 2 Schools in Romford and Rainham - Car advised due to varying locations and hours
Rate: £16.84 hour

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm with up to 2 late shifts 3:30pm-9:30pm - must be flexible

Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Centre Support Advisor to join their vibrant team within the education sector. This role is pivotal in promoting and marketing learning opportunities across 2 Schools in Havering

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and centre support to management and teaching staff.
Engage with learners face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, delivering accurate preliminary guidance.
Assist in the smooth operation of the centre, including opening and closing duties and ensuring security protocols are followed.
Process financial transactions, including fee assessments and refunds, with meticulous attention to detail.
Contribute to marketing activities, promoting courses and services effectively to potential learners.

Requirements:

Proven customer service experience, particularly in a team-oriented setting.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a flexible mindset to adapt to changing circumstances.
