We are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded firm to identify a technically strong and commercially minded Corporate Tax Director, with a clear path to the firm's Head of Tax role.

This is a critical leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of an established and growing Tax function, contribute to firm-wide strategy, and play a central role in delivering high-quality, solutions-led advice to a diverse and growing client base.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified tax professional (ACA, CTA or equivalent) with significant experience across a variety of UK Corporate Tax advisory projects. A strong understanding of international tax issues, group structuring, and transactional matters would be highly valued, as well as having hands on experience working with R&D, M&A, and Transfer Pricing queries. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading on complex client engagements, supporting business and their owners development efforts, and collaborating closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm.

This is a highly visible role with clear strategic importance. You will take responsibility for key client relationships, lead commercial proposals, and ensure consistent delivery of technically robust and commercially practical solutions. You will also play an integral role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture, and supporting the long-term development of the firm's tax offering.
