We are seeking an organized and passionate Head of Music to oversee a thriving Creative Arts department in Enfield. This role perfectly balances high-level classroom teaching with strategic departmental management. The school is looking for a professional who can maintain momentum, ensure positive student outcomes at Key Stages 4 and 5, and lead a talented team during a period of maternity leave.
