Your work will be reaching millions of people globally every single day across all our platforms. As Flight Studio’s Creative Editor, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class video content across our brand partnerships. When it comes to the quality and reach of our campaigns, the quality of delivery starts with you!
Collaborating seamlessly with our project, podcast, creative and commercial teams, you’ll work within the central creative team to deliver work on time and to a high standard. You’re passionate about great video content and have an eagle eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re able to work both independently and collaboratively to solve complex video briefs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead video editing, motion design, and audio output across all branded content projects.
Develop and define the visual style for brand partnership video campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
Maintain high-quality standards across all video formats—from long-form storytelling to short-form, social-first content—adapting creative principles as needed.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Commercial, Social, and Experimentation to elevate Flight Studio’s video content.
Ensure the quality, creativity, and timely delivery of all assigned projects.
Actively participate in the creative process by working with designers, art directors, video editors, animators, and strategists to explore innovative workflows and tools.
Maintain an organised and efficient workflow—structure files clearly, label assets logically, and manage timelines effectively.
Use and maintain a robust backup system, ensuring all files and assets are securely stored and regularly updated across local and cloud systems.
Deliver multiple versions of edits tailored to different platforms and ensure compliance with technical specifications and brand standards.
Implement strong version control practices to maintain consistency and streamline revisions.
Manage time effectively, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and communicate any risks to project timelines early.
Stay current with industry-standard software, tools, and best practices to continuously optimise workflows and performance.
Requirements
4+ years of experience working in branded content either in-house, in agency, or freelance
Strong ability within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with a focus on Premiere Pro and After Effects
Knowledge of social media platforms, their video specifications, and trends
Exceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managed and files are kept up to date
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate and effectively collaborate with others

London - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important
