Payroll Lead FTC
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support wider financial operations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date records and implement best practices in payroll management.
- Assist in audits and reporting requirements specific to the not-for-profit sector.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
