Employment Associate/Senior Associate - 4+ - London

The Firm & Team
With a strong reputation across the UK and internationally, this firm boasts a market-leading employment practice. Their Employment group - over 50 lawyers strong - advises a diverse array of blue-chip clients, including FTSE 100 companies and household names. The team thrives on a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, spanning day-to-day HR advice, high-stakes litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory investigations.
The Role
As an integral member of the team, you will advise major commercial clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including:
- Employment disputes in the tribunals and civil courts, including high-value litigation.
- Workplace investigations, including those with regulatory implications.
- Complex reorganisations, business transfers, and outsourcing arrangements.
- High-level advisory work on compliance, employment policies, and strategic HR matters.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with an international flavour - working closely with colleagues across the firm's global network to deliver seamless, cross-border employment advice.
About You
You will be a talented employment lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE, ideally gained within a respected employment practice. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience advising corporate clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters;
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- A proactive, well-organised, and personable approach; and
- A strong academic record and enthusiasm for employment law.
