Duration: Interim position whilst the family recruit for a permanent nanny, with the possibility of becoming permanent

A lovely family based in Weybridge are looking for an exceptional temporary rota nanny to care for their two sons, aged 2 and 7 years old.

This is an interim position whilst the family continue their search for a permanent rota nanny. They are keen to find someone who can join them as soon as possible and provide consistency and support in the meantime. For the right candidate, there may also be the opportunity to be considered for the permanent position.

The family lead an active lifestyle and travel extensively throughout the year, so the role would suit an experienced nanny who is comfortable working within a busy and dynamic household and enjoys international travel.

They are looking for a confident, experienced and emotionally attuned nanny who can support the different developmental needs of both children. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their day-to-day care, including school and nursery routines, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing healthy meals and maintaining a calm, structured environment where both children can thrive.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and genuinely passionate about childcare, with previous experience caring for children of similar ages. A flexible approach is essential, particularly around the family’s travel schedule, and they are looking for someone who can slot naturally into the household and provide a high level of care from the outset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced rota nanny looking for an immediate temporary position, with the potential for the role to develop into something longer term if it proves to be the right fit.
