As an AI Sales and Marketing Data Specialist you will apply your experience in customer engagement sales operations marketing strategy and order processing to refine and train sophisticated AI models. 2. Key Responsibilities

• Use proprietary tools to annotate and label data for sales and marketing projects ensuring exceptional accuracy and contextual relevance

• Deliver curated datasets that reflect real-world scenarios in sales strategy marketing execution and customer engagement

• Collaborate with technical teams to improve annotation workflows and develop efficient labeling systems for complex business data

• Support the training and evaluation of AI models through data selection analysis and refinement

• Adapt to evolving task guidelines maintaining precision and professional judgment in fast-changing environments

• Apply analytical reasoning to identify and solve complex sales and marketing challenges that enhance model performance

3. Ideal Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in sales marketing or related roles such as sales manager marketing strategist or sales representative in wholesale or retail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of professional and conversational English

• Strong interpersonal organizational and analytical abilities

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and deliver consistent results under limited supervision

• Deep interest in the intersection of technology innovation and commercial strategy

4. Preferred Qualifications

5. Work Environment

This role may be performed in-person at our Palo Alto CA office (5 days per week) or fully remote for highly motivated professionals

• U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois

• The initial training period operates 9:00am5:30pm PST for two weeks followed by local timezone alignment

• A reliable computer (Chromebook Mac with macOS 11 or Windows 10) and smartphone are required for all remote candidates

6. Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $90000 to $200000 annually for U.S.-based professionals depending on experience and location

• For international candidates our recruiting team will share a localized compensation range based on your region and experience
