Investor Relations And Corporate Communications Manager
- Supporting and driving the preparation of results statements, presentations and supporting documents (including questions and answers), together with the Annual Report and quarterly trading statements.
- Organising results and investor events and overseeing the management of the Investor Relations financial calendar.
- Building relationships with corporate brokers and corporate communication advisors; direct interaction with sell-side analysts; ensuring published research on the company and sector is analysed and shared internally.
- Ownership of sell-side analyst consensus, ensuring it is accurate and up to date internally and on the website.
- Being a key point of contact, responding to investor and analyst queries, and internal queries, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supporting the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Director in investor meetings and conferences, taking ownership of meetings independently in due course.
- Developing and maintaining detailed understanding of financial performance and operations of the business.
- Taking the lead on production of the monthly Investor Relations board reports, with updates on share register movements, market valuation, consensus and key investor feedback.
- Financially qualified with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
- A strong interest in Investor Relations; previous IR or capital markets experience would be desirable but isn’t essential – if no experience an understanding from day 1 of capital markets is required.
- Familiarity with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
- Highly organised with the ability to take the initiative, with the ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to work at pace meeting tight deadlines.
- A team player with the ability to work independently where necessary and a strong leader, with an authentic and engaging approach.
- Excited and driven by a transformation and growth agenda.
- Comfortability working across all levels in the business including with the CEO, CFO and Global Leadership Team.
