Site Manager

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers, based in London, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and stay away and will receive a 10% bonus on base salary when working away. With a full order book up until 2027, ranging up to £22 million and spanning stadiums, residential high‑rises and commercial blocks, along with a strong base of repeat clients, the successful candidate will support the company's ongoing expansion. Prior experience within fire remediation or with a cladding contractor is expected.

Site Manager Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Site Manager Job Overview

• Supervising on-site operations and managing construction activities.

Site Manager Requirements
