We are seeking a innovative, process and execution-driven Manager, Game Producing (UK/EU ) to lead the end-to-end production of high-performing online slot games for the UK iGaming market. Reporting to the Senior Content Director (UK/EU) , This role is ideal for a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional project leadership and line management experience, capable of steering game ideas from inception through to successful market release.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of game development—from ideation and market research to design execution, cross-functional team leadership, and post-launch performance analysis. Your role will bridge creative ambition with operational excellence, lead a team of enthusiastic game producers aligning to regional content strategy and ensuring our game portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development:
Lead the ideation and creative vision for new slot games and game mechanics, ensuring alignment with market trends, player preferences, and brand strategy.Production Leadership:
Direct and manage the full game development lifecycle—analysis, design, briefing, art/audio coordination, math model integration, QA, and release.Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal teams (game producers, artists, developers, QA, marketing, commercial) and external partners to define game requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Line Management:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Producers. Set clear goals and ensure high team performance and morale.Market Intelligence:
Stay current with UK iGaming slot market trends, supplier offerings, and operator needs. Incorporate insights into game design and roadmap planning.Quality Ownership:
Ensure all games meet creative, regulatory, and technical quality standards prior to release. Champion continuous improvement across game features, player engagement, and UX.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with a wide range of internal teams—including Game Experience Design, Mathematics, Art, Animation, Audio, UX/UI, Client and Engine Development, QA, Compliance, Legal, BI/Data Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial/Account Management —to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of each game. Drive alignment across all stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and to the highest creative and technical standards.
Qualifications
Experience as a Game Producer , Game Product Manager , or Studio Lead in the online slot games sector.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualise innovative slot game ideas and guide them through full production to release.
Strong process management skills with a track record of shipping multiple titles on time and on budget.
Experience managing creative and production teams within a game studio environment.
Deep understanding of the UK iGaming industry, including regulatory nuances, player behaviours, and operator expectations.
Familiarity with major UK/EU slot suppliers and operators.
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
Passion for slot games, with a solid grasp of RTP, volatility, features, and competitive game structures.
Desirable:
Experience working directly with UK-based iGaming operators.
Exposure to remote and distributed production teams.
Background in Game Design, UX or Math Modelling a plus.
