• Leading the school’s inclusive provision as designated SENCO
• Overseeing EHCPs, reviews, and robust tracking of pupil progress
• Implementing evidence-led interventions and nurturing SEN strategies
• Coordinating external professionals – SALTs, EPs, and therapists
• Advising and upskilling teaching staff on adaptive best practices
• Engaging with parents, Governors, and school community as SEN champion Ideal "SENCO" for this Hammersmith and Fulham School:
• UK-trained, qualified teacher with accredited SENCO status (or working towards)
