What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the school’s inclusive provision as designated SENCO
• Overseeing EHCPs, reviews, and robust tracking of pupil progress

• Coordinating external professionals – SALTs, EPs, and therapists
• Advising and upskilling teaching staff on adaptive best practices
• Engaging with parents, Governors, and school community as SEN champion
