Burberry Content Coordinator
- Lead the build, management and publication of content across Burberry.com, including campaigns, navigation, product pages and customer service content.
- Coordinate global site launches through clear publishing plans, well-managed briefs and carefully structured go-live schedules.
- Partner with Design, Copy, SEO, Merchandising, Project Management and wider Digital teams to deliver an optimised and consistent customer experience.
- Manage the targeting and scheduling of personalised content across regions, ensuring customer journeys remain relevant, effective and aligned with campaign priorities.
- Maintain site quality and readiness through detailed testing, resolving issues in partnership with Technology teams and identifying opportunities to improve functionality.
- Take ownership of digital projects, sharing clear progress updates and recommendations while supporting colleagues with CMS and PIM guidance.
- Experience working in an e-commerce, digital content or operations environment.
- Practical knowledge of CMS and PIM platforms, with Contentstack or inriver experience welcomed but not essential.
- Strong digital capability and an interest in learning new systems, technologies and processes.
- A considered approach to quality assurance, with close attention to accuracy, consistency and the customer experience.
- Clear analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative communication style and the ability to build productive relationships across teams and disciplines.
