Business Partner Finance

Robert Half is exclusively recruiting a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a flagship region of a global leisure and travel business. This is a standout opportunity for a qualified finance professional to blend commercial finance, data analysis, and international exposure - all while working with a brand that delivers high-end experiences in stunning destinations.

With a central finance function in the UK and operational bases across the Caribbean, this role supports the leadership team in making data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive strategic outcomes. The role reports into the Finance Director and involves managing a small team across the Caribbean and India, alongside partnering with senior stakeholders across operations and resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 direct and 4 indirect reports across international locations

• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs, KPI dashboards and performance commentary

• Own the forecasting and budgeting process across multiple international bases

• Partner with Base and Resort Managers to improve commercial insight and cost control

• Analyse pricing, margins and yacht maintenance spend across vessel type and location

• Support strategic decision-making through investment appraisal and business cases

• Present complex data clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and forecasting systems

• Play a key role in supporting the external audit process

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 5+ years' PQE

• Strong business partnering experience in a commercially focused finance role

• Proven line management experience

• Advanced Excel user with strong financial modelling and analysis skills

• Power BI experience (or willingness to learn) highly desirable

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with non-finance colleagues

• Comfortable with international travel - approx. 3 trips per year (3-4 weeks each)

• SAP experience beneficial but not essential
