Your Role: Empowering Independence

As a Support Worker , you’ll guide a caseload of 20–25 service users through their journey to stability. Your creativity and dedication will help shape workshops, 1:1 sessions, and personalised support plans that inspire lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging group workshops and individual support sessions (avg. 10 hours/month per service user).
• Design innovative, trauma-informed support plans with achievable goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and quarterly reviews to ensure progress.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages growth and independence.
• Maintain accurate records while building trusting, respectful relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who believes in second chances and has:

• Experience: 4+ years in support work (homelessness, mental health, or addiction preferred).
• Resilience & Compassion: Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently while thriving in a team.
• Passion for Impact: A genuine drive to help vulnerable men rebuild their lives.
