UX/UI Copywriter

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of UX / UI Copywriter. Based within the digital experience team you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accessible content for our digital journeys, including onboarding, dashboards, forms, and help text. Reporting to the Retention & Education Product Owner, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment and is dedicated to enhancing user experience through effective language.

In this role you will:
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers and researchers to create content that enhances usability and drives engagement, while maintaining an approach that understands, and chimes with, UK customers.
• Support projects at ideation and testing stages, all the way through to delivery. Conduct or support user testing of content.
• Champion content deign best practices across the Organisation.
• Support our web, browser and other product teams on cross-platform content when needed.
• Ensure all digital content meets FAC compliance, accessibility and internal brand guidelines.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Some experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Designers, or similar role in digital product teams
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, usability, and accessibility
• Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and regulatory requirement
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills.
This role is based in London.
