The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a passionate Commis Chef to assist the senior culinary team to ensure smooth running of the kitchen, providing the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, while promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Follow the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to carry out all preparation, cooking and plating of dishes to the highest standard.
- Strive to maintain a clean and organised section, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
- Follow recipes and technical sheets with accuracy, staying well informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
- Take pride and ownership of your section, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
