We're recruiting a Private Client Assistant Manager to join a specialist private client tax team at a boutique advisory firm. You'll manage a ready-made client portfolio, work on complex international tax matters, and develop your career in a relaxed, family-oriented practice where culture fit matters as much as credentials.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with international complexity
• Deliver compliance and advisory work on non-doms, expatriates, private equity clients
• Prepare complex personal self-assessment computations
• Provide strategic tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
• Act as key client contact from day one
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to business development within your client base

What You Need:

• ATT qualified
• Part CTA or recently CTA qualified
• 3+ years' private client tax experience
• Track record preparing complex personal tax returns
• Some experience reviewing work prepared by others
• Some advisory work exposure
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and professionally
