Support the administration of NEC and JCT contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are met and commercial opportunities maximised.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to build strong, collaborative working relationships.
Undertake site visits to review project progress, assess variations and support accurate reporting.

Support procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier engagement, package management and cost control.
Prepare clear and accurate commercial reports in line with business reporting requirements.
Contribute to tendering, estimating and business development activities, supporting the continued growth of the Fire Protection business.
Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure safe, compliant and commercially successful project delivery.
What you'll need

Experience preparing valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office applications.
Membership of RICS or another relevant professional body, or working towards professional accreditation, would be advantageous.
