Class 2 Driver

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Class 1 Driver to join our depot in the Hoddesdon area as part of the distribution team. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers a flexible schedule, modern vehicles, and no overnight stays .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver milk and related products to stores and regional distribution centres within the M25, including Greater London.
• Perform safety and vehicle checks, plan efficient routes, and represent the organization professionally on the road.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence (LGV Cat C+E) with CPC and a digital card.
• Maximum of 6 minor licence points and no serious convictions.
• Experience with multi‑drop Class 1 deliveries (preferred).
• Physical fitness for loading and unloading trolleys.
• Reliability, self‑motivation, and a strong team‑oriented attitude.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Permanent, full‑time role with a flexible shift pattern.
• Modern, well‑maintained vehicles.
• No overnight stays required.
• Based at the Hoddesdon depot, serving the Greater London area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: £16.63 – £27.32 (depending on shift).
• Overtime rate: £18.71 per hour .
• £500 sign‑on bonus after successful completion of a 12‑week probation period.
• Monthly pay and 33 days of holiday (increasing with service).
