About the role
Fearless Adventures is hiring a Content Creator Apprentice to join our team as part of a structured apprenticeship programme delivered in partnership with Another Avenue.
This role is employed by Fearless Adventures and offers hands-on experience across broadcast media, digital content, and production. You’ll primarily work within our business, while also gaining exposure to content projects with a small number of partner businesses we collaborate with.
This apprenticeship is designed to give you real-world experience creating content for real brands, supported by industry-led training alongside your day-to-day role.
What you’ll be doing
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you’ll support the creation and delivery of audio, video and digital content. This may include:
Assisting with video, audio and short-form content creation (e.g. podcasts, social video, YouTube)
Supporting filming, recording and basic technical setups (including remote or multi-camera setups)
Editing content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition
Repurposing content for different platforms and audiences
Supporting content planning, ideation and production schedules
Learning how broadcast and digital content fits into wider brand and marketing strategies
Building a portfolio and showreel as part of your apprenticeship
Alongside your role, you’ll complete off-the-job training, workshops and assessments as part of your Level 3 apprenticeship.
About the apprenticeship
This is a Level 3 Broadcast Media apprenticeship delivered by Another Avenue, combining structured learning with practical, on-the-job experience.
Training covers areas such as:
Broadcast and media production fundamentals
Video, audio and post-production
Content creation for digital platforms
AI-assisted content creation
Digital marketing basics and content distribution
Personal branding and career development
You’ll be supported throughout by both your manager at Fearless Adventures and a dedicated skills coach.

Has basic digital confidence (no prior experience required)

Salary
Paid in line with apprenticeship guidelines (at or above the National Minimum Wage for apprentices).
