£50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus, dependent on experience An established investment management business is looking to hire a Client Operations Associate to join its London team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some existing experience within client services, client operations, investment operations or investment support who is looking for a role offering greater responsibility, exposure and longer-term career development within investment management. The position will sit at the intersection of client servicing and investment operations, supporting both clients and investment professionals with the day-to-day management of accounts and investment activity. The roleResponsibilities will include:- Acting as a point of contact for clients and responding to day-to-day queries and instructions.
- Supporting investment professionals with client accounts and portfolio activity.
- Processing and overseeing investment transactions through their lifecycle.
- Liaising with custodians, brokers and other third-party providers.
- Supporting client onboarding, account opening and ongoing KYC requirements.
- Maintaining accurate client and transaction records.
- Investigating and resolving operational or settlement queries.
- Working closely with colleagues across investments, operations and compliance.
- Providing a high level of service to a sophisticated client base.
