We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager with a strong background in the fashion industry and KPI management. You’ll lead a team of fashion-forward and customer service-driven individuals who are eager to revolutionize the retail experience and share the values that make ALOHAS unique.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As an essential part of the ALOHAS team, your goal is to bring our philosophy to life for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll connect with visitors, helping them understand our product cycle, sustainability efforts, and commitment to high-quality designs. Through meaningful interactions, you’ll ensure they not only enjoy their visit but leave inspired to share our message with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, positive manner, ensuring the store meets sales goals and KPIs.
  • Report on store performance and KPIs, collaborating with other ALOHAS teams to create action plans and maximize store potential.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and transmit the ALOHAS concept to visitors, helping them find the perfect product while explaining our unique approach to fashion.
  • Manage stock levels through visual merchandising and in-store activations.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, from materials to styles, and assist clients with purchase, shipping, and delivery methods that best meet their needs.
  • Occasionally support content creation for social media teams by capturing photos or videos of the store or products.
  • Apply ALOHAS’ spirit in daily activities, demonstrating autonomy, agility, and responsibility to make decisions that support the team.
  • Provide feedback to improve the ongoing retail strategy.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF…
  • Have 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in premium fashion retail.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Can synthesize strategic and operational information for decision-making.
  • Have a strategic vision and business analytics skills, with a data-driven approach to decisions.
  • Are knowledgeable about CRM strategies in the premium retail sector.
  • Have a deep passion for fashion and product knowledge.
  • Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Love working in a team, are KPI-driven, and have a customer-first mindset.
