Location: Isleworth
Night Shift: Saturday 10.30pm- 6.30am Libertatem part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Paediatric Nurse in the Isleworth area. • Free Blue Light Card We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one - this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Libertatem. You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. The client is a very joyful boy. Whoever gets to know him gets attached to him. He is such a pure soul. He is extremely clever. He knows what he wants. He loves sticking to his routine. He is very disciplined. Once you get to really know his routine, he is very easy to look after. His favourite cartoon is peppa pig. He loves using his iPad. As it is one of the very few things he can control so well . Your day to day activities may include & experience we are looking for:- Peg Feeding
- Medication Administration
- Cough Assist
- Seizure Management/Epilepsy
- Oxygen Therapy
- Oral Suctioning
- Nasopharyngeal Suctioning
- Non invasive ventilation
Being a Libertatem Nurse isn't just about caring. It's about being good with people, too - being able to gain the trust of clients and their families. That's why, if you have a caring personality and some relevant experience, we'll give you access to online and classroom training in specific complex care needs. Depending on the client, you may be working on your own or part of a team. If you wish and have the availability, you could provide to support more than one client. Before you start, you'll have the chance to meet your client and their family. And when you do, you'll have day-to-day support with a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager always on hand to answer your questions. You'll also be able to access our 'Carer App' which is a fantastic source of insight and information. In short, we'll give you all you need to get the most out of this rewarding and fulfilling role.
