With an average kitchen order value of £200,000+, this is a role for an individual who commands presence, has a true eye for detail, and thrives in the world of ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The Role:

As a Senior Luxury Kitchen Design Consultant, you will:

Lead end-to-end kitchen design projects, from initial concept to installation, working closely with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Interpret and develop detailed design briefs tailored to the lifestyle, taste, and aspirations of each client.

*

Manage a high-value pipeline of bespoke kitchen commissions, ensuring outstanding service and seamless delivery at every touchpoint.

*

Build long-term relationships with a discerning international client base.

*

Represent the brand with gravitas, professionalism, and a refined understanding of luxury interiors.

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience designing and selling luxury/bespoke kitchens, ideally with a minimum order value of £100k+.

*

Deep knowledge of premium kitchen brands, materials, appliances, and spatial design.

*

A strong network within the super-prime residential, architectural or design community is highly advantageous.

*

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a confident, polished presence.

*

Ability to manage complex design projects and exceed the expectations of UHNW clients.

The Rewards:

£40,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission & generous bonus scheme — realistic OTE of £200,000+
