General Manager - Food and Restaurant Services

The Work

• Forecast and budget for restaurant's financial success
• Ensure compliance to company standards, policies and laws
• Hire, develop and manage management-level crew
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Monitor profit and loss statements, driving strategy in all areas
• Provide exemplary customer service and enforce Raising Cane’s policies
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure facility is in good working order
• Achieve and maintain training restaurant status

What You Need

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred
• Valid UK driver's license
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Desirable

• New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience
