What You Bring:

• Systems Engineering Mastery : Proven expertise in architecture, requirements management, iterative approaches, and familiarity with MBSE and agile methods.
• Project Leadership : Experience leading complex technical projects with significant business outcomes in agile environments.
• System Building and Best Practices : Skilled in establishing and implementing system engineering practices across an organization.
• Industry Experience : Familiarity with mining, chemical, engineering, or industrial systems, with a focus on chemical and process engineering as a bonus.
• Human-Centred Design : A plus if you bring knowledge in user-centered approaches that optimize experiences and outcomes.
• Data-Driven Development : Proficiency in leveraging data, modelling, and simulation to fast-track innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Drive System Engineering : Spearhead the implementation of engineering practices that propel critical projects and ensure seamless, agile development.
• Build Tools and Guidelines : Develop tools and establish guidelines that create consistency, speed, and quality across system engineering practices.
• Architect and Design : Shape the design and architecture of Paebbl’s technologies and products, contributing to the innovation core.
• Mentor and Champion : Guide and inspire system engineers within our digital teams, promoting best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines : Engage with engineers, scientists, and business leaders to drive cross-functional, knowledge-based solutions.
