  • Support initiatives across digital transformation, customer experience, data, regulatory change, AI, and agile ways of working.
  • Engage senior client stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful value delivery, embedding responsible AI practices and appropriate governance throughout delivery.
  • Support business development activities, contributing to client growth and account development, including identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders across business and technology domains, encouraging practical adoption of AI-enabled ways of working aligned to client objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience of consultancy within the Life & Pensions sector.
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes and complex change initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of Life & Pensions operations, including policy administration, customer servicing, digital enablement, data governance, target operating model design, and an understanding of how AI can enhance business and technology transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support senior leaders in the responsible adoption of AI where appropriate.
  • Experience of generating revenue within a consulting environment, while developing and managing senior client relationships, along with curiosity to explore approved AI tools and automation to improve delivery, productivity, and insight.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting agile transformation initiatives and product ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Life & Pensions regulation and change programmes, including awareness of AI governance and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience designing and implementing target operating models that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
  • An established professional network with experience developing new client opportunities within the Life & Pensions market.
  • Experience using or advising on AI (including Generative AI or Agentic AI), automation, or AI-enabled workflows within Financial Services organisations.

Why Join Capco

  • Build your career alongside experts in strategy, transformation and financial services.
  • Help shape the future of transformation across Financial Services through innovation, digital capabilities, and AI-enabled ways of working.
