Facilities Supervisor Mandarin Speaking
Manage external contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conduct site inspections.
Travel between sites to support projects and maintenance requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Maintain maintenance records, compliance documentation, and contractor performance reports.
Support facilities projects and provide out-of-hours assistance when required. About You Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Coordinator, or Facilities Management role.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong understanding of facilities operations and Health & Safety compliance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
