- Manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports and updates for senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with retrofit projects.
