Contentious Data Protection Lawyer - 12 month FTC
- Provide legal advice on contentious data protection and privacy matters to a range of clients.
- Manage and resolve data breach incidents, including liaising with regulatory bodies where necessary.
- Advise on the implications of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
- Handle disputes and litigation concerning data protection breaches and compliance issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including data processing agreements and privacy policies.
- Support clients in responding to subject access requests and other data-related enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective legal support is provided.
- Stay updated on changes in data protection legislation and advise on their impact.
