Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate to join a US firm in its highly ranked Real Estate Finance practice. The team provides advice to financial institutions and borrowers, including developers, funds, REITs, and institutional investors, covering complex property and portfolio financing transactions, sales of performing and non-performing loan portfolios, loan modifications, refinancings, workouts, loan syndications, and participations.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
• Between 2-4 years PQE in a leading real estate finance team of the banking department of a leading firm
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
