Business Development Manager ; Professional Memberships
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector organisations.
- Develop strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and Senior Leadership stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and virtual meetings to prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems with activity and forecast information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and partnership development.
