LOCATION: Central London - Hybrid
SALARY: £55,000 - £70,000

A leading contracting business are looking for a Quantity Surveyor within their construction and residential division, known for delivering high-quality projects with precision and excellence. With a strong reputation for innovation and customer satisfaction. The company offer Hybrid working, which consists of their offices in Central London, Sites across London and Home working. THE JOB

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be a key member of the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing costs, managing project finances, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage interim and final cost reports

* Monitor and control labour, materials, and subcontractor costs

* Price and oversee variation works and change control

* Manage project cashflow forecasts and reporting

* Support project delivery teams with cost and commercial guidance

* Build and maintain excellent client relationships

* Prepare and negotiate final accounts and project close-outs

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Sub-contract environment or managed multiple sub-contractors

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Contractual knowledge (ideally JCT and subcontract frameworks)

* Proficiency in Excel and cost reporting tools

* Confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders

* A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning and developing your career
