The Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & Product Support Specialist in the cladding sector. This hybrid role combines technical sales with hands-on support for product development, certification, and client service.
You will work closely with the Sales Team and Management to drive growth while ensuring our innovative cladding solutions meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards. This position requires someone who is not only technically strong but also confident in client engagement and able to support sales activities with a commercial focus.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dual-role environment, combining technical responsibilities with client-facing or sales-oriented tasks. You will support sales activities, deliver technical presentations, respond to client queries, and contribute to the development, certification, and documentation of our products.

This is a fully office-based position at 1 Bedlam Mews, London, SE11.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge, client meetings, and product presentations
• Respond to technical inquiries, offering tailored solutions and advice on our product range
• Collaborate with the R&D Manager to develop and certify new cladding systems
• Assist in preparing technical sales materials, quotations, and pricing strategies
• Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
• Manage product certification and accreditation processes, maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, and customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as a technical expert
• Conduct market and competitor research to support innovation and product positioning
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any technical issues
The Person
• Background in the cladding sector such as engineering, architecture, construction, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of cladding systems, building envelopes, and certification processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language
• Experience in technical sales, client-facing roles, or technical support is highly desirable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software for producing technical drawings
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
