Restaurant Manager

The Work
- Ensure our restaurant meets Raising Cane’s standards
- Open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
- Direct crew, provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure facility is in good working order
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost management
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and flexible
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training
