Legal Counsel in Greater London
Job description

We’re working with a leading FMCG brand that’s looking for interim legal support for an initial 3–6 month period to cover a recruitment gap.
In this role, you’ll partner with the UK & Ireland business, advising across a wide range of commercial, advertising, marketing, competition, and procurement matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on marketing campaigns and promotions, including drafting terms and ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts.
- Providing practical legal advice to sales teams on customer agreements.
- Advising on competition law and related compliance issues.
This role would suit a commercial lawyer with experience in the FMCG sector (or a similar fast-paced consumer environment). The position offers a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
