About the Job

We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for an established Intellectual Property Partner to join a top-tier national law firm as part of its strategic London growth plan.

IP Partner - London - Salary Up To £250k

The Firm

The firm has an existing stream of IP instructions across its national client base but is now looking to make a transformational senior hire to build and lead a dedicated London-based IP offering.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven IP Partner to:

• Establish and lead an IP practice within a well-capitalised national platform
• Leverage an existing client base
• Bring and develop a portable book of business
• Build and scale a team in London
• Shape the long-term IP strategy of the firm

The successful candidate will play a central role in defining and executing the firm’s IP growth strategy, with full support from senior leadership.

The Candidate

The appointed Partner will:

• Lead the development of an IP practice in London
• Advise on a full spectrum of IP matters
• Drive business development initiatives across the firm’s client base
• Recruit, mentor and develop junior lawyers as the team expands
• Collaborate with Corporate, Commercial and Disputes teams on cross-disciplinary matters
