Job Title: Gardener - Maintenance Gardening (Large Residential & Commercial Properties)

We are a professional maintenance gardening company based in Ealing, London W5, specialising in the care of large residential estates and commercial grounds. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end properties, ensuring all gardens and green spaces are kept to an exceptional standard.

• General grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning

• Safe and effective use of gardening tools and machinery (e.g. lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers)

• Working independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled tasks

• Communicating professionally with residents, clients, and property managers

• Ensuring a tidy, safe, and organised working environment

• Carrying out planting, weeding, and other seasonal horticultural duties (plant knowledge is advantageous but not essential)

• Taking pride in delivering high-quality, well-finished work

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar gardening or grounds maintenance role

• A full UK driving licence and experience operating vans

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual work in all weather conditions

• Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure

• A friendly and approachable manner, with confidence in dealing with residents and clients

• A team-oriented approach and a desire to develop professionally within the company

• Basic horticultural or planting knowledge

• Relevant qualifications or certificates in horticulture or grounds maintenance
