Management Accountant - PE-Backed Start-up
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for review.
- End-to-end month-end accounting for multiple European entities.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Manage and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements within accounting and finance.
