Senior Employment Solicitor – London
Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to make a real impact? A growing regional law firm is expanding into London and is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to help develop their Employment offering in the capital.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and grow the Employment practice in the new London office
- Advise a wide range of clients on complex employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across London and the regions
- Contribute to the strategic development of the team and help shape its future
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Employment law (5 years up to a more senior level)
- Strong business development skills and a desire to help grow a practice
- Confident managing your own client portfolio
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
