About the Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering structured repair and servicing directly to our members. This role offers a refreshing change from traditional roadside rescue, allowing you to work through a scheduled list of jobs with the time and tools needed to perform quality work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
- Perform in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
- Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspections.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Competitive base salary of £45,378, with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
