The Role As Project Lead / Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that every aspect - from planning and procurement to delivery and handover - runs seamlessly. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading large-scale healthcare construction projects from inception to completion Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Overseeing project teams, including contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders Driving project performance to ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are met Mitigating risks and identifying innovative solutions to complex challengesAbout You The are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering large, complex healthcare schemes. You'll need to be confident, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and client satisfaction.
