B2B Sales Executive - Wholesale Growth

Original Duckhead | Clapham, London Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + commission Location: Office-based, Clapham, London Employment: Full-time, permanent Original Duckhead is growing, and we're looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. We're a London-based, B Corp-certified accessories brand, stocked by leading retailers worldwide, including Selfridges, Waterstones and MoMA Design Store. We're looking for someone who loves sales. Someone proactive, confident, persistent and motivated by winning new business. The Role You'll work closely with our commercial leadership team to develop new wholesale accounts across Europe and the US, while exploring opportunities in corporate gifting and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include: Prospecting and approaching new B2B customers through outbound calls, email and direct outreach. Pitching our products, negotiating and closing new business. Growing existing retail partnerships and driving repeat sales. Developing corporate gifting, hospitality and custom project opportunities. Managing your own pipeline and follow-ups in HubSpot. Attending trade shows and buyer meetings in the UK and internationally. About You Typically 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in wholesale, gifting, lifestyle or consumer products. A proven ability to generate and close new business. Confident making outbound calls and approaching new customers. Highly motivated, organised and commercially minded. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and achieving sales targets. Most importantly, you have the initiative, resilience and drive to make sales happen. What We Offer £35,000–£40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. 20 days' annual leave plus UK bank holidays.
