Head Of Projects

We’re looking for a Head of Projects in London to lead the delivery of complex, high-profile work within a design-led, creative studio.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can bring structure, clarity and excellence to project delivery, leading teams and ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard.

The Role

As Head of Projects, you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of all projects across the studio.

You’ll oversee multiple complex workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead delivery across multiple high-value projects and client accounts
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion
• Manage timelines, budgets and production schedules
• Work closely with creative, design and production teams
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all work
• Develop and mentor the Projects team
• Improve processes and drive operational efficiency
