We are recruiting for a Venture Capital investor who are backed by some of the world's largest financial institutions. Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their finance team by welcoming a Finance Manager to the team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a newly qualified accountant keen to make a move into a fast–growing firm, in a wide–ranging and varied role.

Your Role:

• Overseeing the day–today accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and information
• Ownership of the portfolio company data collection, analysis and reporting across financial and ESG metrics
• Assisting with the preparation of internal management information, investor reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns and fundraising materials
• Assisting with the regulatory responsibilities and overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoring
• Deliver reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders
• Working closely with fund administrators to make sure all fund reporting obligations are meT
• Ad hoc projects when required

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• You will be a newly qualified accountant with up to 2 years post qualified experience
• Experience with venture capital or private equity clients is ideal
• Exposure to fund finance, investment valuations and data analysis is ideal but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Team player and very proactive

They are looking to offer the successful candidate GBP60,000 – GBP70,000 with a great bonus and benefits.
