Client Services Senior Associate

As a Client Service Senior Associate, you'll be the primary advocate for our clients' success, working closely with Client Success, Client Onboarding, Application Support and Business Development to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive Client Success

  • Resolve complex collateral eligibility queries and service requests via our ticketing system and phone support, consistently meeting SLA commitments
  • Monitor global support queues ensuring seamless coverage across time zones
  • Escalate strategically while taking ownership of resolution paths
  • Build Technical Expertise
  • Master Pirum's Collateral product suite, becoming the go-to expert for configuration and optimization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve sophisticated client challenges
  • Involvement in testing initiatives for new functionality and upgrades
  • Contribute to incident analysis and prevention strategies
  • Optimize data reconciliation processes to maintain exceptional quality standards
  • Expand Business Impact
  • Develop deep knowledge of securities finance collateral lifecycle through exposure to diverse market participants
  • Host regular client consultation sessions and attend strategic meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Create internal training materials and knowledge base content

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes

Essential Experience

  • Client-focused background: Proven track record in client-facing roles within financial services or fintech
  • Securities finance knowledge: Understanding of lending, borrowing, and settlement processes with a focus on collateral management
  • Technical aptitude: Advanced Excel skills plus ability to master proprietary configuration tools
  • Communication excellence: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Personal Qualities
    • Results-driven: Track record of managing competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines
    • Adaptable problem-solver: Thrives in ambiguous situations and finds creative solutions
