RFP Function Intern

OverviewDuring a one-month program, the intern will support the RFP Function by working on various projects. Through their contributions, they will gain a comprehensive understanding of the reinsurance industry and acquire practical experience in proposal management, content management, project management, and administrative tasks. Some of the intern's responsibilities will include managing the organisation of headshots and bios for RFP submissions, updating presentation decks and content, assisting in the creation of internal guides, and helping to manage final RFP submissions.
How you'll make an impactFunctional accountabilities
- Headshot Management : Select, crop, and adjust headshots for consistency; add metadata and file names for searchability; upload images to the central RFP Library.
- Bio Formatting : Format bios from online forms for RFP submissions; verify with owners; store bios with metadata for searchability.
- Presentation Deck and Content Update : Assisting in the refresh of presentation decks; assisting in the update and extraction of content; check for outdated information; ensure consistent formatting.
- Internal Guide Development : Collate and template best-in-class slide examples; assisting to update internal presentations.
- RFP Submission and Reporting : Follow up with teams for final RFP submissions; update reporting; manage submissions in the RFP function Drive and RFP Library.

- Apply good time keeping ensuring tasks are delivered on time
- A keen eye for detail to maintain consistency and accuracy across work
- Adhere to brand guidelines
Qualifications
· Educated to A-Level standard. Currently working towards a degree is desirable
Skills/other
- Good time management skills while working on multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong written English and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working within structured project methodology
- Ability to meet consistently high-quality standards whilst managing a variety of projects and deadlines
- Good MS Office expertise
